The Liberia Health - Climate Resilience Consortium (LiH-CRON) Inc. a coalition of ten local organizations with different areas of expertise to address shared development challenges in Liberia.

To strengthen Liberia's health systems and communities by integrating climate-resilient agriculture and peacebuilding policies, strategies, research, and action, ensuring safeguarding and protection for vulnerable populations against marginalization, violence, and abuse.

We envision a resilient Liberia where every citizen enjoys equitable access to affordable, quality healthcare, is safeguarded against environmental and climate threats and food insecurity, lives in lasting peace, and is empowered to thrive in a sustainable future.

We work in harmony with our colleagues, member organizations, and communities. We encourage cooperation and seek to prevent division, conflict, and unnecessary disagreement within the Consortium and among programme participants.

LiH-CRON exists to strengthen community and public health systems, promote climate-resilient agriculture, advance peacebuilding, promote gender inclusion and human rights, strengthen social protection, and support sustainable development.

LiH-CRON provides a platform for local organizations to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships, identify common priorities, and contribute to sustainable solutions.
LiH-CRON recognizes that health, climate change, agriculture, peace, and social protection are interconnected.
For example, climate-related hazards can affect food production, livelihoods, nutrition, public health, and community stability.
Addressing these challenges effectively requires integrated programmes rather than isolated interventions.
Our approach encourages member organizations and partners to coordinate their expertise and resources to develop practical solutions that respond to the realities of Liberian communities.
